2-hour golfer clinics teach you an injury-prevention warm-up, and golf exercises and stretches to hit the ball farther and straighter.

In each 2-hour Pilates for Golf clinic you will...

Pilates for Tennis
Tennis is a sport that involves both power and agility. We recognize that you not only need to be quick to the net, but have powerful serves and muscle endurance to last the match. Pilates exercise, along with regular cardio-vascular work, will give you that extra edge on the court.

Pilates assessment and instruction, customized to address individual needs and goals, will help you increase:
